To use the tool, first download the Zip file using the link above. Extract the Zip file in a directory on your computer.
Then, open the index-XX file (depending on the language you choose). Il will be opened in a Web browser.
The evaluation tool is a self evaluation test with 28 questions that covers the entire standard of teaching skills.
It can be accessed online and also downloaded to be integrated to an elearning platform or a website (made with javascript/html).
It is made of questions that can be answered by 4 options :
It leads to a diagram that is called the flower of competences which represents the maturity of the 8 domains of competences according to the answers to the questionnaire.
